The RCRA is an organization out of Dyn, the Capitol city of Ivoren, who has been tasked with retrieving lost, stolen, and legendary relics and magical items, with the goal of returning them to the Hall of Heroes within the city. It is there, the items will be studied and utilized for the preservation of history and advancement of technology in the lands of many.
